Use Usha for your own personal skincare tracking. Don’t treat it as medical advice — it’s a tool, not a doctor. We do our best to keep it running, but we can’t promise it’ll never break. If you stop using it, you can delete your account at any time.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Usha, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Usha. The app asks for your age during onboarding. If you are under 13, please do not create an account or use the app.
Permitted use
Usha is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the app or this website to harass other people, distribute malware, attempt to access other accounts, scrape data, or interfere with the service’s operation.
Not medical advice
Usha is a tracking tool. It does not provide medical, dermatological, or pharmaceutical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a skin concern that worries you, see a qualified dermatologist or general practitioner. Do not rely on Usha to diagnose conditions, identify ingredient interactions, or replace professional care.
Account termination
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. We will give you reasonable notice before doing so unless the breach is serious enough that we can’t.
Limitation of liability
Usha is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
